These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Slice Realty website, platform, and related services. By visiting our website, creating an account, or engaging with any investment opportunity listed by Slice Realty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use the website or our services

1. Electronic Record & Applicability

1.1. This Terms and Conditions document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules framed thereunder, including any amendments. It is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.

1.2. These Terms govern your access to and use of the website operated by Slice Realty (the “Website”), currently accessible at www.slicerealty.in (or such other domain as may be notified from time to time), and all services, information, tools, and features made available through it.

1.3. This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and user agreement for access or usage of a website.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Slice Realty (Slice Realty Private Limited), together with its affiliates, associates, and group entities.

  • “Website” means the online platform owned and operated by the Company, including www.slicerealty.in and any related pages, subdomains, or mobile interfaces.

  • “User”, “you”, “your” means any natural or legal person who accesses the Website, views its content, or uses any of the services offered through the Website, whether as a Registered User or a Guest User.

  • “Registered User” means a User who has completed registration, submitted KYC/registration data and created login credentials (User ID and Password).

  • “Guest User” means a User who accesses certain portions of the Website without completing full registration, but may provide basic details such as email and phone number to view or express interest in opportunities.

 
3. Acceptance of Terms

3.1. By accessing, browsing, or using the Website and/or by clicking on “I Agree”, “Continue”, “Register”, “Invest Now”, “Subscribe Now” or similar buttons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional policies, disclaimers, or guidelines referenced herein (collectively, the “User Agreement”).

3.2. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not access or use the Website or any services offered through it.

3.3. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the User Agreement (as updated from time to time). For the purposes of jurisdiction, you agree that this User Agreement is deemed to be executed in the State of Tamil Nadu, India.

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if it believes that you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.

 
7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, icons, photographs, logos, videos, audio clips, software, code, design, layout, and look and feel (collectively, the “Content”) is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

17. Relationship

17.1. Nothing contained in this User Agreement shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and the Company. You have no authority to bind the Company in any manner.

18.1. Any official communication to the Company should be sent to its registered office address or official email ID as specified on the Website.

18.2. Any communication to you may be sent to the email address or physical address provided during registration or as updated by you from time to time. Such communication shall be deemed received:

  • 24 hours after an email is sent (unless bounced); or

  • 3 days after posting via registered/certified mail.

 
19. Severability

19.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 
20. Entire Agreement

20.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific agreements relating to particular investment opportunities, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Website.

 
21. Assignment

21.1. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Company.

21.2. The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity, provided your rights are not materially prejudiced.

23. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

23.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

23.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

23.3. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

23.4. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating to these Terms and your use of the Website.
