Promoter & Managing Director

Baskar Murugasamy

Baskar Murugasamy is the Founder of V4U Homes and brings more than 15 years of deep experience across Real Estate, Construction, and Interior Solutions. Since establishing V4U Homes in 2009, he has led the company’s transformation into a trusted brand known for transparent processes, engineering quality, and customer-first delivery.

Before entering the real estate and construction sector, Baskar spent close to a decade in the Information Technology industry, where he worked extensively in delivery management, project governance, and large-scale technology execution for global clients. His strong background in IT brings a unique process-driven and analytical approach to property development, operations, and customer engagement.

With a rare combination of real estate expertise, construction knowledge, and technology discipline, Baskar drives V4U Homes and Slice Realty with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation for customers and investors.

Manager - Operations

Gopi Pv

Gopi P. V brings 34 years of strong operational and customer-management experience from Five Star Business Finance Limited, where he served as Branch Manager – Lending & Collecting Operations.

Over more than three decades, he has handled end-to-end lending processes including customer document verification, compliance checks, loan processing, approval workflows, repayment management, customer interaction, and branch-level operations.

His expertise in documentation accuracy, regulatory adherence, financial diligence, and disciplined record-keeping directly strengthens Slice Realty’s SPV operations, investor onboarding, verification processes, and rental income management.

Gopi’s long experience in dealing with customers, managing accounts, and supervising operational workflows makes him a valuable addition to our team. His ability to train staff, maintain operational integrity, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning aligns perfectly with Slice Realty’s commitment to trust, transparency, and professional asset management.

Shirley Devaraj

CEO at Jothi Housing and Mortgage Finance which received the HFC licence from RBI in Feb 2020. She focus on affordable housing segment with less than 30 lakh rupee loans and the average ticket size is around 10 lakhs. She has headed the business of IDFC First Bharat as COO until 2019 which reached an AUM of INR 4000 Crores, serving 20 lakh clients.

Partner at G Badri Narayana & Co and he is in charge for Special Assignments & Audits including Techno Economic Viability Study, Feasibility Study, Restructuring Consulting, Special Bank Assignments, Receivable Audit, Stock Audits & Balance Sheet Reconstruction Advisory Services
